Refund Policy

Marketing services provided by CapitalHeavenLLC are time-based professional services. Fees compensate the time, expertise and operational resources allocated to each client engagement. As such, fees for work that has already commenced are generally non-refundable.

Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google and TikTok). Refunds of media spend, where applicable, are governed by the policies of the respective platforms and are not within the control of CapitalHeavenLLC.

We review refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis. Where we determine that a refund or credit is appropriate — for example, in the case of an administrative error or duplicate invoice — we will issue a corrective adjustment promptly.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in our Terms of Service or applicable Statement of Work. Fees for work performed up to the effective termination date remain payable.
